- Please discuss at one of your meetings the eye sore the City has actively participated in by allowing storm water to drain and fill at the resident across from the park. During periods of intense rains, the entire back yard of that resident looks like a muddy lake. I encourage you all to join forces and petition the city to rectify this situation. I know the residents and the church have been working with the city to get the issue resolved for 3 years and n othing has happened. It is a health risk during the summer and a detriment to the attractiveness of this area.
