- I'm a member of the Leadership Asheville 26 team that is working on the NICE initiative. Our goal is to have this site offer consumer generated solutions on how we can all make Asheville's neighborhoods, businesses and residental homes NICE (hence the "Neighborhood Initiative for a Clean Environment). Your successes, your photos, your tips, your feedback is what we seek.
